Online Recharging of Call Credit

Anytime day or night!
Recharge your call credit, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into your account and purchasing more call credit. This feature is accessed through your online Control Panel.

How it Works

  • Login to your Control Panel.
  • Click on the "Place Order" link.
  • Enter your phone number and password when prompted.
  • Select the amount of call credit you would like to purchase.
Automatic Recharging
You can automatically recharge your call credit at any time. This option allows you to set a low balance warning for total credit available on your account. In addition, you can set what you want done once this balance is reached. To configure this feature, login to the Control Panel and click the Plan Information Tab.

Accounts with Prepaid Call Credit can now be set to:

  1. Automatically purchase an amount of call credit that you specify.
  2. Send you an email notice that the call credit is low.
  3. Do nothing.
This feature requires that you have funds 'on account' or a valid payment method set in Billing Preferences section of the Control Panel. More information about this feature can be found on the "Plan Information" Tab of the Control Panel.
